Sikand Engineering Associates has built a long-standing presence in Southern California, providing civil engineering and land surveying services for private development projects. Over the past six decades, the firm has earned a reputation for delivering consistent, technically sound solutions across a wide range of project types and jurisdictions.

Based in Sherman Oaks, Sikand is a mid-sized firm of approximately 50 professionals, including licensed engineers, surveyors, CAD designers, and technical support staff. This structure lets us assemble teams appropriately scaled to each engagement, while maintaining access to the firm's full range of technical expertise.
