Sikand is a mid-sized firm of approximately 50 professionals, licensed civil engineers, land surveyors, CAD designers, and technical support staff. A defining characteristic of our practice is that senior personnel stay involved through every phase of a project, so each engagement benefits from experienced oversight from initial planning through final engineering.
